Due to the nature of Custom products, we are unable to provide updates while they are being manufactured, so our tracking system will display the Tracking status as 'En route to destination country'.
You will start receiving updates as normal upon package arrival to destination country.

Yes, all of our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty which means that if it breaks we will exchange it free of charge.
Yes, you can return items bought during Sale period.
Orders can be cancelled or edited within 24 hours after being placed. Unfortunately after 24 hours of placing the order we will not be able to cancel or edit your order.
Follow these steps to edit or cancel your order:
1) If you have an account, log in or create an account with the email you used for the order by clicking here.
2) Find which order you wish to edit or cancel and click the Pencil button. Note: if you cannot see the button, it means either the order is already either cancelled, shipped or the 24 hour window for editing or canceling orders has passed.
3) Tap one of the buttons corresponding to the action you wish to take on your order. Note: For full flexibility, when editing orders, your original order will be canceled and a new cart with the contents of the original cart will be created, allowing you to make changes to all parts of the order.
