LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
When placing your order, please make sure you specify the correct shipping address, as The Gasper takes no responsibility for parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED
Sometimes packages may be left with your neighbour, reception area, safe place or the post office. Make sure you check in with all of them as it is extremely likely you will find your package there. If you still cannot find your package, please request a proof of delivery and fill in a Missing package claim with the courier used for the delivery.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

CUSTOMS FEES
We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free shipping.

Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address).
