The warranty applies to
- Fading or loss of gold shine, at any point.
- Tarnish or discolouration.
- Breakage caused by a quality issue, such as a clasp or link that fails in normal wear.
- Every jewelry piece we sell: necklaces, pendants, chains, bracelets, rings and earrings.
- A free replacement, sent with standard shipping.
The warranty does not apply to
- Pieces that are lost or stolen.
- Regular wear and tear, such as scratches and scuffs from daily use.
- Damage from misuse, such as a chain that has been pulled, cut, crushed or broken on purpose.
- Boxes and packaging, including the Travel Box and the Jewelry Box.
- Change of mind. That's a return, not a warranty claim (see below).
- Warranty applies once per item.
How to make a claim
- Message our support team with your order number.
- Tell us which item it is and what has happened to it.
- Attach a clear photo that shows the problem.
What happens next: once we approve your claim, we send a replacement free of charge with standard shipping. You pay nothing.

Is the guarantee the same as a return?
No. Returns are for unworn pieces within 30 days, through our returns portal. The guarantee covers worn pieces for life if they fade, tarnish or break through a quality issue.
Does the guarantee apply outside the US?
Yes. It works the same everywhere we ship, and the replacement ships free with standard shipping to your country.
What counts as fading?
The gold finish looks dull or patchy, or has lost its shine compared to when it arrived. If you're not sure, send us a photo and we'll tell you.
How long does a replacement take?
Once your claim is approved, we send the replacement with standard shipping. Delivery then follows standard shipping times for your country.
Is the Travel Box covered?
No. The guarantee covers jewelry only. Boxes, cases and packaging are not included.
