RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to Covid, we are extending our returns window to 60 days.
You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 60 days after you received it.
All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If any original packaging is missing or damaged, we may be unable to process your refund.
The costs incurred for returning an item are at customers' own costs.
HOW TO RETURN
You can find your tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. There is an option in the top right corner where you can request a return or replacement - this link provides all the necessary information including the address and all details we may require.
Please note, all products must be in their original packaging and in original condition in order for us to accept your return.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.
In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact email@example.com within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the problem
- Photographic evidence
All of our products are covered with Lifetime year warranty. If our jewelry shows any signs of tarnish, we will replace it free of charge.
