We're a men's jewelry brand. We shoot in real places with real light: Mediterranean coast, city streets, golden hour. Most of our work happens in the studio, and the shoots that define the brand happen on location. We're building a roster of creators we can call on for project-based work, and we're looking for a videographer and photographer based in Vilnius who can own a shoot end to end.

This is a dual role. Short-form video is the priority, but stills are a real part of the job, not an afterthought.

 What you'll do

 - Shoot short-form video for paid social and organic (Reels, TikTok, ads)

 - Shoot stills alongside the video (product and lifestyle photography)

 - Direct and film models in studio and on location

 - Deliver clean, gradeable footage and images ready for our editors (or edited, if that's your strength)

 You should have

 - A strong reel of fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle video work, plus a stills portfolio

 - Comfort directing models and getting a natural performance on camera

 - A good eye for light and movement, and a feel for current short-form trends

 - Able to work as a one-person crew (own setup, tripod/gimbal, good instinct for framing)

 - Based in Vilnius, with the studio as your home base

 - Willing and able to travel abroad for location shoots when a brief calls for it (coast, city, golden hour)

 A big plus

 - Comfortable being on camera yourself for UGC and ad-style content (you in frame, jewelry worn, natural and unscripted)

 - You edit your own work to a finished standard
